PMO Conference
Aimed at portfolio, programme and project offices, the PMO Conference London is focused solely on learning and expertise development within PMOs. Held annually, this paid-for event includes a full programme of PMO expert speakers, a dedicated PMO exhibition, as well as plenty of time to network with senior peers.

At the most recent PMO Conference, held in June in the City of London, CITI’s Louise Worsley spoke on the topic of ‘Involving the PMO in Project Stakeholder Engagement’. Louise outlined some of the good practices for the PMO in supporting stakeholder engagement with case study examples, as well as detailing the difference between role-based and agenda-based stakeholders (and why this matters).
At CITI’s exhibition stand beside the conference hall, Louise was also available to sign copies of her latest book, ‘Stakeholder-led Project Management: Changing the Way We Manage Projects’ which is now available on Amazon.
