CofEe club 40 – Project Sponsorship and Change Management
Our 40th anniversary event was hosted by Royal Mail and took place in the heart of London’s Tech City in October 2016. We spent the day with other senior Transformation, Change, Programme and Project Management professionals, learning from their experience and networking discussing project sponsorship and change management.
